How do I place an order? What information do I need to provide?

All you need to do is send an email to info@gs-jj.com and we will provide you with a free quote and art proof.The information you need to provide are as below: design (or just an idea), style, quantity, colors, sizes, printing position (front, back, sleeves), date needed.

Can you help me if I don't have the artwork?

Of course! We have a professional design team that can turn your ideas into free art proof. Our designers will send you free art proof within 24 hours for confirmation.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not limit the order quantity to our customers, you can order 1 piece or any quantity according to your needs.

What design formats do I need to provide?

The most preferred formats are Illustrator or .eps vector graphics. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files. For our Digital custom shirts, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.

How is the price of an order calculated?

The price of custom tee shirts depends on 4 factors:

· What kind of custom shirt do you want to order

· The number of t shirts you ordered

· What is the size of each t shirt

· The number of locations you want to print

· How many colors to print at each location

Can I receive an art proof before production?

Yes, we will send an art proof to you for confirmation before production, and will not produce your custom tee shirts until we get your final approval of the art proof.

How long does it take to produce?

Normal production time is 4-5 working days. Sometimes it varies depending on the craft and quantity. We are always working hard to get all orders delivered on time.

Do you ship free? Can it be sent anywhere? What are the shipping methods?

All orders are shipped via FedEx free of charge to the continental USA or Canada. For shipments outside of the USA or Canada, please contact us for shipping rates. Yes, we can ship goods anywhere. Our most common shipping method is by air.

Are the designs on your site copyrighted?

The designs are copyrighted by the users, all rights reserved, we won't release them for distribution elsewhere.

Can you provide expedited service?

We offer expedited options based on the number of business days for production and the quantity of the order. Please contact your customer service rep for more information.

What are your payment terms?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or money order.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can contact your customer service rep to confirm the production status before shipping. Our system will automatically send the logistics tracking email of the goods to you after shipping. You can check the logistics status of the goods at any time.

Can I reorder a design I have previously ordered?

Yes, you can provide the quantity, in-hand date and previous order number to your customer service rep and we will help you to reorder.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If production has not started, then you can cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service rep by phone or email to change or cancel before production. Once production starts, you can no longer make any changes.

Can I return it for free if there are some problems after I received the goods?
